Also, if we decide to buy a citypass (or something similar), how do we book a time for this attraction as the website implies that prebooking is required, but I also need to pay at time of booking, TIA

Definitely do not need express line. Also of you miss your time like we did, duebto is lookingfor parking, no worries. Your tickets will still be validated.

It took 10 minutes in the 2th floor. We spent 15 minutes in the 80th floor (inside) and an other 15 minutes on the 86th floor outside. We were lucky with the sunny weather.

We arrived before our allotted time and it did not seem to be a problem. We wandered around for quite a while before heading to the viewing platform.
