The sources cited for the "DECnet port" don't mention July 1992 AFAICS, nor do they specifically mention libwww, just "the Web". The CERN newsletter of May 1993 doesn't specifically say the library was renamed from a previous name. libwww is normally written with a small "l" in the sources, as per the usual UNIX convention.
