Lefkandi (auch Levkanti, griechisch Λευκαντί ( n. sg. )) ist ein Dorf auf der griechischen Insel Euböa. Es ist der Küstenort der rund 5 km entfernten Kleinstadt Vasiliko, die zur Gemeinde Chalkida gehört, und befindet sich an der Mündung des Flusses Lilas, etwa 14 km südöstlich von Chalkida, der heute größten Stadt auf der Insel.

Lefkandi es un sitio arqueológico situado en la desembocadura del río Lelas, en la isla de Eubea, en Grecia. Fue poblado desde la Edad de Bronce y , junto con otras localidades de Eubea, mantuvo intercambios comerciales con diversos lugares del Egeo, del Mediterráneo Central y de Oriente Próximo.

Lefkandí est un site archéologique occupé depuis l' âge du bronze ancien jusque vers 700 av. J.-C. et se trouve sur l'île d' Eubée, à l'orée orientale de la très fertile plaine Lélantine, en bordure de mer. Les nécropoles des siècles dits obscurs commencent dès la période submycénienne vers 1100 et sont abandonnées vers 825 à l' époque géométrique.

Acredita-se que Lefkandi é um dos locais escolhidos pela Civilização Micénica para ocupação depois do colapso da Idade do Bronze no Mediterrâneo.
