That translation only applies to the Russian edition of church Slavonic, not old church Slavonic.. In OCS brother is in the first declension братъ-> plural брати (or брата if we're talking about two brothers).. Arms is орѫжьѥ, however въ орѫжьи means literally "armed". The correct form is по орѫжьѥ (brothers by relation of arms, not armed brothers).

Some of the words are Slavic, like 'predoslovie' - prologue, 'propovedania' - sermons. Cyrillic was used to write Romanian in the past, and OCS was used as the language of their church. So my best guess is that it's a Romanian book of sermons, maybe the rest of the book is in OCS, but the beginning is in Romanian.
