22-05-2010 · All you have to do is click the “Insert Coin” option in the page. This interactive Google Pac-Man doodle is the invention of Marcin Wichary, a senior and experienced designer. He first encountered the game at the age of five when he was travelling across Poland with his father, a game technician himself, who repaired arcade games for a living.

Pac-Man, or PAC-MAN as it is styled graphically, is an arcade game classic designed by Toru Iwatani. Namco first released the game in Japan in May 1980. It was later licensed for distribution in the USA by Midway Games in October 1980.
