Visit the Templates section, then:

• Scroll down to the “Resumes and Cover Letters” section to browse all of the templates (this section includes CVs as well).
• Or search for "curriculum vitae" or "resume" to view available templates.
• Click on the title of the document you’re interested in to preview the template.

Save a Word document as a template

• Click File > Open.
• Double-click This PC. (In Word 2013, double-click Computer ).
• Browse to the Custom Office Templates folder that’s under My Documents.
• Click your template, and click Open.
• Make the changes you want, then save and close the template.

When you have created the letterhead, in Microsoft Word for Windows:

• Go to the File menu
• Click Save as….
• Choose the location where you want to save the template
• Give your template a name.
• In the file type list, set the file type to Word Template or .dotx.

• In the SmartArt graphic, right-click in the box you want to change, and then click Format Shape.
• To change the fill style, in the Format Shape pane, click the arrow next to Fill to expand the list, and then choose from the following options: No fill Solid ...
• Click Color , and then select a color from the gallery.
