Location. The Bay of Biscay, also known as the Golfo de Vizcaya, is a gulf of the North Atlantic Ocean and the easternmost part of the Cantabrian Sea. It comprises, approximately, from Cape Ajo in Cantabria (Spain) to southern Brittany (France).
