Is Russian more phonetic than English?
Yes there are rules. Vowel reduction happens whenever vowels are not under stress. O to a, most others to и. Г to в between vowels. Russian is much more phonetic then English. But nothing is 100%. Thanks. I did search but didn't find this (I guess because phonetic was misspelled). It‘s more phonetic than English but less so than, say, Spanish.
