23/04/2018 · Appearance and Personalization is not in my control panel. If I right click on desktop and go to Display it does not allow me to change font sizes. My font on the taskbar is almost too small to read as well as all the icons, date, time etc. I understand that Microsoft in it's infinite wisdom has removed this feature in Win 10.

Appearance and Personalization Options Gone After Windows 10's Newest Update. My computer just installed the newest update for Windows 10 - I think it is the Creators Update. I want to change my screensaver, but when I went to Control Panel, the options for "Appearance and Personalization" have completely disappeared.
