Right Now the best gun is going to be the FAL for Insurgents and the MK14 for Security. They are the best because they one shot close to medium range (assuming no armor which most people wear and is recommended, different topic not going to discuss why) while all other guns don't except for snipers, svd, g3a3, etc. or if you headshot.
