15/09/2014 · The only real difference is that the nobility is mostly descended form "Norman" (scandinavian) and not Franks (like the other). The "cultural differences" mentionned above (customs, language) also apply to other regions included in the Frankish group (bunrgundian, Picard etc...) and thus hardly a reason to distinguish them.
