25/09/2012 · 照我理解的话，就是说specific hit就是铁定是这个家族的东西了，各种该保守的保守功能就跟这个家族的蛋白功能一样了，可以看做是正房太太的孩子；而non-specific hit就是说跟这个家族中保守区域绝大多数位置氨基酸是一样的，具有统计学意义，但是由于技术原因没有做过这种蛋白的具体功能，所以就是算偏房姨太太的孩子咯。
