    • According to 2 sources
One of the oldest manuscripts containing a full copy of the New Testament is known as Codex Sinaiticus. It was written on parchment leaves in Greek and contains most of the Septuagint as well as all of the New Testament — save for 4 letters of Paul’s Epistles and Revelation (the Apocalypse).
Dating to the mid-fourth century C.E., Codex Sinaiticus is the oldest complete manuscript of the New Testament. In his article “Hero or Thief? Constantine Tischendorf Turns Two Hundred” in the September/October 2015 issue of Biblical Archaeology Review, Stanley E. Porter contends that Tischendorf should be considered a hero, not a thief.
