In August 2020, MSCHF and 100 Thieves partnered to create a modified version of the game titled Dino Swords, which featured a small arsenal of weapons and time-slowing pills; when mismanaged, the weapons could backfire and harm the dinosaur.

Dino Swords is a vinyl figure for the classic Youtooz collection at #195, with a limited amount of 100 units. Instead of the recognizable pixel dinosaur, it's taken a 3D form however still with the same blocky feel with it's rectangular head, and interestingly blocky torso.

The Spin Sword can morph into the Dino Sword using the maroon-colored Dino Disc. The blade & hilt transforms into a stylized Saurapoda design scheme, while most parts retain the appearance of the Spin Sword. The Dino Sword is able to extend to great lengths & acts like a whip sword. The tip of the Sword can also be used to bite into enemies.

The Dino Sword allows whoever's in Dino Attack Mode to summon the DinoZord (essentially an over-sized version of itself), & while the Samurai Ranger is in Mega Dino Mode & can combine with the Samurai Megazord to form the Samurai Dino Megazord. The Dino Sword overrides the Red Ranger's need to use the Mega Blade in the cockpit.
