Arthur Zimmermann (5 octobre 1864 - 6 juin 1940) était le ministre des Affaires étrangères allemand du 22 novembre 1916 au 6 août 1917, date de sa démission. Son nom est associé au télégramme Zimmermann pendant la Première Guerre mondiale.
