    Das Lessingtheater war ein Theater in Berlin-Mitte am Friedrich-Karl-Ufer 1, dem heutigen Kapelle-Ufer. Das nach kurzer Bauzeit 1888 eröffnete Theatergebäude trug seinen Namen zu Ehren von Gotthold Ephraim Lessing, es bestand bis zur Zerstörung bei einem alliierten Luftangriff im April 1945. Die Ruine wurde in den Nachkriegsjahren abgetragen.
