Flavio Odoacre (in latino: Flavius Odovacer; in greco: Ὀδόακρος; 433 – Ravenna, 15 marzo 493) è stato un generale sciro o unno che nel 476 divenne re degli Eruli e patrizio dei Romani (titolo conferitogli dal Senato), riconosciuto poi dall'imperatore romano d'Oriente Zenone quale Patrizio d'Occidente, spesso chiamato Re d'Italia e si autoproclamò augusto, cosa che gli costò il regno e la vita.
