Ouranos (Oudgrieks: Οὐρανός) of Uranus (gelatiniseerd) is een figuur uit de Griekse mythologie. Hij is de personificatie van de hemel. Volgens Hesiodos hangt deze hemelkoepel zo hoog boven de aarde (Gaia) als de Tartaros (het diepste deel van de onderwereld) onder haar ligt.
