"tempio dell'est") è un tempio buddhista giapponese della corrente Shingon situato a Minami-ku, Kyōto (antica Heian).Alcuni edifici del tempio si devono al progetto di Kūkai così come alcune delle sculture buddhiste ivi conservate.
