      A third settlement of the Bahlikas is attested in western India as neighbors to the Saurashtras. Ramayana refers to (Saurashtrans. bahlikan. chandrachitranstathaivacha). There is also a similar expression in the Padma Purana i. e. (Surashtransa. bahlika. ssudrabhirastathaivacha).
