Hi Sheila its wildsurfer here you might have a little difficulty with a scooter as there is two levels to Yarmouth castle, a ground level and a first level you can definetly gain access very easily on the first level but that would depend on the width of your scooter, also the ground is a little uneven on the first level, there isn't a lift so you will definetly need help to get from ground to first.
