April 19, 2012. The light at Highline park pre-spring bloom is incredible, and strange, and wonderful; It makes warm tones while still casting itself so blue-colored. It wraps itself through branches, in a living way, that somehow makes up the difference for the lack of a single green growth. It perplexes me, but I just love it.

Lesley has three children who are now young adults. She raised them on her own after her husband passed in 2008. She loves cats. She is an avid gardener, and grows flowers, vegetables, trees and shrubs. She spends most of her time in the garden, except when she is at AFA.
