To put it another way in English the language is referred to as Sinhalese (so are the people) while in the Sinhalese language (the language and the people) are referred to as Sinhala. Therefore the language and script in the Sinhala version of wikipedia should be Sinhala while on the English version it should be Sinhalese.--
