Feb 21, 2018 · Where to eat in Lisbon. Two excellent restaurants I’ve loved in Lisbon are U Chiado in the Chiado neighbourhood where I had amazing lamb chops and risotto – Portugal’s big on rice too. I also recommend Populi in the main Praça do Comércio square. Both serve up traditional Portuguese and international food.
