I was wondering what the difference between the two was and how does one get an IEP diploma instead of a regular one? I was in at least one special ed class for every year (besides when I went to private school for two years). I have a learning disability-unspecified.

May 14, 2015 · If the local diploma is an option for IEP students, it should be an option for ALL students, or no students. I do believe the local diploma should be an option (for ALL students), because I passed the regents (even having an LD) not everyone can pass the regents, even students without mental / learning handicaps.
