According to PC Mark the score for x86 on the home test the score is 2004 and using win 10 x64 the score is 2190.

My test box has 4 GB RAM, and a dedicated GPU that has it's own Video RAM. With Win 64 Bit i can get 4 GB usable in Windows, but with Win 32 Bit the best i can get for usable is 3.5 GB.
