Been testing my machine (see specs) with PC Mark 8 Home on my dual boot SSD. According to PC Mark the score for x86 on the home test the score is 2004 and using win 10 x64 the score is 2190.

Nov 30, 2015 · With 4GB RAM i prefer 64 Bit Windows. It's not just the max usable 4GB RAM limit for 32 Bit, but it's also the max Address Space. My test box has 4 GB RAM, and a dedicated GPU that has it's own Video RAM. With Win 64 Bit i can get 4 GB usable in Windows, but with Win 32 Bit the best i can get for usable is 3.5 GB.
