This is an important step marking Viettel IT's commitment to providing advanced and internationally standardized technology solutions.

The CMMI Level 5 training program at Viettel IT was recently a great success. Following the CMMI Awareness training program, CMMi Certified Associate certification training, the QA department and project PMs at Viettel IT participated in a training course to equip themselves with knowledge about High Maturity Concepts, data collection and evaluation techniques, as well as statistical techniques in CMMI Level 5.

The CMMI Level 5 course at Viettel IT is led by experts from Sakrad Vietnam - Prasad, Satish and assistant lecturer Luu Quang Tien. Sakrad's experts all have many years of experience in project management, Process improvement using CMM/CMMI, Quality Management System (ISO 9001), Information Security (ISO 27001), Business Continuity Management System (ISO 22301), Service Delivery Management System (ISO 20000) and 6 Sigma.

The goal of the CMMI Level 5 training course at Viettel IT is to help students master and apply the knowledge they have learned to CMMI Level 5 projects at Viettel IT. Hopefully, this new knowledge and skills will contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of Viettel IT's project management.
