Kunstenaar Bruno van den Elshout werd bekend dankzij NEW HORIZONS, waarvoor hij in 2012 een jaar lang ieder uur de rust en ruimte van de Noordzeehorizon fotografeerde. In 2014 verscheen een selectie van deze 8.785 horizons als kunstwerk-in-boekvorm. Voor zijn nieuwe project Whatever the Weather nodigde hij in 2018 uit tot wezenlijke ontmoeting.
